Beta Participation Terms

1. Acceptance

By creating an account, joining the waitlist, uploading a track, or otherwise using any feature of the Moozz beta operated by Muzico Innovations GmbH (CHE-475.033.787, Dübendorf, Switzerland), you agree to these Beta Participation Terms. The full Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Rights Trail Terms, Distribution Terms, and Community Contributor Agreement are in finalisation with Swiss counsel and will replace the placeholder versions currently published at /legal when the platform exits beta.

2. What the beta is

The Moozz beta is a pre-release version of the AI music-translation platform offered to invited artists for evaluation and feedback purposes. Features may change, be removed, or temporarily unavailable. Translations produced during the beta should not be relied on for commercial release without your own legal review. Moozz makes no warranties of fitness, availability, accuracy of translation, or revenue outcome during the beta period.

3. Data we collect

During the beta we collect the data described in the Privacy Policy — including account and identity data, audio uploads and metadata, Rights Trail declarations, signed RT1/RT2 PDFs, payment data via Stripe, and technical / usage data. We additionally collect the survey responses and feedback you submit during the beta. We process this data on the lawful bases of contract performance, legitimate interest in product improvement, and your consent (where required) — including for AI training data captured from your edits.

4. Your rights

• Withdraw from the beta at any time by emailing privacy@moozz.com; we will close your account and stop processing your data save where retention is required by law.
• Access, rectify, port, or erase your personal data per the rights described in the Privacy Policy (GDPR Articles 15–20, Swiss DSG Article 25).
• Object to AI-training (HITL) use of your edits — see Privacy Policy §2.4.
• Lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority. For Swiss users, the FDPIC; for EU users, your national DPA.

5. Updates

These Beta Participation Terms may be updated as the beta progresses. Material changes will be communicated by email or through the platform at least seven (7) days before they take effect. Continued use of the beta after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. When the platform exits beta, these terms will be superseded by the full Terms of Service and related agreements at /legal.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by Swiss law, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Canton of Zurich, Switzerland, except where mandatory consumer-protection rules grant you the right to sue in your country of residence.
